  1. Physical Books: If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a refund or exchange. We may ask for photos of the damage or defect to help us process your request.
  2. Digital Books: We do not offer refunds for digital books once they have been purchased and downloaded, except in the case of technical issues with the download or file that cannot be resolved.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, please contact us at support@taleworthy.empathy.in (with the Subject Line – Refund Request) with your Order Number and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

If your request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

If you received a damaged or defective physical book, we may ask you to return the book to us before issuing a refund or exchange. We will cover the cost of return shipping in this case.

Exceptions:

We do not offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  1. Change of mind: If you simply change your mind about a purchase, we are unable to offer a refund.
  2. Customized products: We are unable to offer refunds for customized products, such as books with personalized inscriptions or other customized content.
  3. Third-party purchases: We are unable to offer refunds for products or services purchased through third-party retailers or distributors. Please refer to their refund policies.
