I have placed an Order for a Book. How do I know if it’s confirmed?

Once you have placed a Book/eBook order, you will receive a confirmation Email from Taleworthy and our Payment Partner Stripe / PhonePe. These emails, together will include your Order ID, estimated amount of time required for Shipping your physical Book and other details.

Can I modify my Physical Book Order / Add more quantity after successful payment?

Unfortunately, No. After the Book order is placed, you cannot add more quantities to the same order but you can always place a new Book order. If you wish to buy in bulk, please contact us at support@taleworthy.empathy.in (with the Subject Line – Bulk Book Purchase Request)

How can I track my Order?

You can track your order through the specific link (communicated by us, in association with our Courier Partner DTDC) sent to you via Email, after your Paperback Book order is shipped.

Are there Shipping Charges?

No. Every Book order that you place comes with Free Shipping. Now that’s a relief, isn’t it?

Do you ship Internationally?

We ship the Paperback version of our Books only in India for now. Digital version of the Books are available worldwide.

How long will my Book order take to arrive?

We strive to deliver book as fast as we can (as soon as we receive your Book order, we will begin preparing your Package). However, do note that it will generally take 4 – 6 Business days to successfully fulfil the delivery.

In unforeseen conditions such as like bad weather, shipping delays from our logistic partner, technical and manual errors etc. the delivery of your Book might take longer.
